Gizmo Films was founded by Robert Mullan, a well-known and critically acclaimed author, screenwriter and director. Bob has written and directed 4 full length feature films most recently ‘Mad To Be Normal’. He has also produced over 40 documentary films for Channel 4, BBC 2, Discovery, Vision TV, and ZDF, including both the award-winning The Man Under the Sea, which follows the last few months in the life of Norwegian writer, Axel Jensen and Bhagwan: My Dance is Complete, a unique glimpse inside the ashram of the late Indian guru, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. He’s the author of 21 non-fiction books, including Mad to be Normal, Voices of Pain, Consuming Television, Zoo Culture, Therapists on Therapy and R.D.Laing: A Personal View.
Peter worked in financial and business services internationally before joining Gizmo in 2012. He has extensive experience of corporate finance and managing funding processes and has successfully concluded a number of private equity and sophisticated private individual investments. He was CEO of a highly successful global business services company and has worked as a Management Consultant for an international firm working in the creative and digital media sectors. He is responsible for finance, financial management and investor relations. He is also a member of the Council of the Corporation of the City of London.
